One side of the cutting board has a flat surface and the other a stair step juice moat. NSF approved. Board measures 20" L x 12" W and is 2" thick. Clean board with a synthetic scouring pad using mild soap and water. Dry thoroughly. Do not soak. Set also includes 7" forged stainless steel Santoku knife and serving fork (hand wash).
